History, Mission and Values

Simplika has grown out of the International Company CVO Group that started operations in the Baltic market in 1999.  Initially the company provided job board and CV database services.  In 2006 innovative personnel leasing, out-staffing and HR administration services were introduced in several European Countries by our Simplika, our new independent company.

Today we operate successfully in the Baltic region with offices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania offering clients a comprehensive range of managed Human Resource services, including administration, recruitment and strategic support.

Simplika’s consultants offer not only their time but primarily and most importantly their professional knowledge, experience and ‘know-how’. Our employees are continuously trained, and updated about employment law amendments and the most recent HR tools.

Our Mission. To support the business organizations to succeed and help job-seekers to enter into the labor market by offering not only full time but also part-time job opportunities and flexible conditions, thus contributing to employment and labour market development.
